Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sports program coordination or event management.
• Experience supervising staff and volunteers.
• Budget management and basic financial administration knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Plan, organize, and execute recreational sports leagues, tournaments, and events.
• Recruit, train, and supervise part-time staff and volunteers.
• Develop and manage program budgets and resources.
• Promote programs through community outreach and digital channels.
• Ensure safety protocols and rules are followed.
• Manage facility bookings and equipment maintenance.
• Liaise with schools, groups, and associations to build partnerships.
• Register participants and maintain program records.
• Address inquiries to ensure a positive participant experience.
• Evaluate program effectiveness and suggest improvements.
