Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Recreation Management, Physical Education, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in sports program management, with at least 3 years in leadership or directorial role.
• Proven experience in curriculum development, staff management, and budget oversight.
• Strong understanding of sports administration, recreation principles, and community development.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Fundraising, grant writing, or sponsorship acquisition is highly desirable.
• Ability to build and maintain partnerships with diverse stakeholders.
• Passion for sports, recreation, and community empowerment.

• Develop and implement strategic plans for sports and recreation programs aligned with organizational goals.
• Oversee daily operations of all sports and recreation programs, ensuring quality and safety.
• Recruit, train, and manage program staff and volunteers.
