Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Recreation Management, Leisure Studies, Sports Science, or related field.
• Proven experience in planning and implementing community recreation programs.
• Strong understanding of program design, adult education principles, and risk management.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling or event management software.
• Ability to work collaboratively with community stakeholders and volunteers.
