Placements24 is seeking an experienced Program Manager to design, implement, and oversee youth development initiatives in Limpopo. The role involves engaging with community partners and beneficiaries in Polokwane and surrounding areas, with a hybrid work model balancing remote and on-site presence.

You will lead a passionate team and drive impact, including budgeting, reporting, and stakeholder liaison to uplift youth across the province.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Education, Development Studies, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, preferably in youth development or non-profit settings.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing youth in South Africa.
Excellent communication, networking, and proposal writing abilities.

Responsibilities

Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of youth development programs.
Develop program strategies that align with the organization's mission and the needs of young people.
Manage program budgets, ensuring efficient and effective allocation of resources.
Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, community leaders and other stakeholders in Limpopo.
Recruit, train, and supervise program staff and volunteers.
Monitor program outcomes, collect data, and prepare reports for stakeholders and funders.
