Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Social Sciences, Community Development, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in program coordination or community development work.
• Strong organizational and logistical planning skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with diverse community groups.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, execution, and monitoring of community development programs.
• Coordinate program activities, including logistics, participant recruitment, and resource management.
• Serve as a liaison between the organization and community stakeholders, ensuring clear communication.
• Collect data on program participation, outcomes, and challenges, and assist in reporting.
• Organize and facilitate community meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
