Qualifications

• Candidates hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Recreation Management, Sports Science, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years coordinating recreational programs or managing facilities.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities are essential.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills suitable for customer service.
• Experience with membership management software is preferred.
• Knowledge of local sports, fitness trends, and community engagement strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop, schedule, and promote diverse recreational programs for all ages.
• Supervise front desk staff, fitness instructors, and program facilitators.
• Manage facility bookings, maintenance schedules, and safety standards.
