Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in recreation management are a plus.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications for scheduling and communication.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the recreational facility, including sports courts, fields, and activity areas.
• Manage and schedule a team of attendants, lifeguards, and program facilitators.
• Ensure the facility is clean, safe, and well-maintained, implementing regular inspections.
• Oversee the enforcement of facility rules and regulations, ensuring a secure environment.
• Assist in the planning and execution of community events and recreational programs.
• Respond to patron inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
