Placements24 is seeking a remote Real Estate Acquisition Specialist for a national SA growth-driven team. You will identify, analyze, and secure investment opportunities across SA, using digital tools and strong negotiation skills to close deals from a home office.

You will conduct market analyses, pro forma models, due diligence, and coordinate with legal and lenders through closing, while staying informed on regulatory requirements and maintaining broker relationships to fuel the acquisition

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of direct real estate acquisition experience.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills with Excel.
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities for remote deals.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently from home.

Aufgaben

• Source and evaluate real estate acquisition opportunities across South Africa.
• Conduct pro forma development, cash flow modeling, and ROI analysis.
• Perform due diligence including title searches and site inspections when feasible.
• Negotiate purchase prices, terms, and conditions with sellers.
• Prepare proposals and investment memorandums for investment committee.
• Manage transaction process from offer to closing with legal and lenders.
• Maintain market knowledge and build relationships with brokers and developers.
• Utilize CRM and collaboration tools to track deal progress.
