Qualifications

• Grade 12/Matric is required.
• Certification in Sales Management or Key Account Management.
• Relevant degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce or related discipline.
• Valid Drivers License.
• 8–10 years’ experience in commercial management or related field.
• 2–3 years’ experience leading a commercial or sales team.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue growth.
• Advanced knowledge of commercial strategies, sales methodologies and business development principles.
• Working knowledge of market analysis, competitor intelligence and customer segmentation.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements within the hospitality sector.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, customer relationship management and people leadership skills.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions and resolve complex operational and commercial challenges.
