Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in commercial cleaning management or facilities management with a focus on cleaning services.
• Demonstrated success in managing large cleaning teams and complex cleaning operations.
• In-depth knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques, equipment, chemicals, and best practices.
• Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations (e.g., OHS Act) pertinent to cleaning services in South Africa.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in budget management and cost control.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and familiarity with facility management software is advantageous.
• A relevant qualification in Business Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and be willing to travel within the Vereeniging and surrounding areas.
