Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the scheduling of staff to ensure adequate coverage during operational hours and for special events.

Requirements

• Extensive experience (5+ years) in managing commercial cleaning operations, preferably in a large-scale facility or property management context.
• Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse workforce.
• Strong understanding of commercial cleaning techniques, equipment, and a wide range of cleaning chemicals.
• Excellent knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to commercial cleaning.
