Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in commercial cleaning management with client-facing duties.
• Experience managing large budgets and multiple sites/offices.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, chemicals and safety standards (OHS Act).
• Proven leadership and ability to motivate diverse teams and manage stakeholder relationships.

Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial cleaning management, with a strong emphasis on client-facing roles.
• Proven experience in managing significant budgets and operational teams.
• In-depth knowledge of cleaning methodologies, equipment, chemicals, and safety standards.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse workforce.
• Excellent understanding of health, safety, and environmental legislation (e.g., OHS Act).
• Exceptional organizational, planning, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and facility management software.
