• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper usage.
• Enforce health and safety regulations, including safe handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Address and resolve client concerns or issues related to cleaning services promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, staff attendance, and supply requisitions.
• Ensure all waste disposal procedures are followed in accordance with company and local regulations.
• Collaborate with account managers to meet client needs and explore service enhancements.
