About the Role

Our client, a rapidly expanding provider of integrated facilities services, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Cleaning Operations Manager to lead their operations in the Rustenburg, North West region. This pivotal role is responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality cleaning and sanitation services across a portfolio of commercial properties. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of cleaning operations for commercial clients in the Rustenburg area, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met or exceeded.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of cleaning supervisors and operatives, fostering a culture of performance and accountability.
• Develop and implement efficient work schedules, cleaning methodologies, and quality control procedures.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality, identify training needs, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation to ensure profitability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for operational matters.
• Source, manage, and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring optimal stock levels and cost-effectiveness.
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and HR guidelines.
• Identify opportunities for service improvement and business growth within the region.
• Report on operational performance, KPIs, and financial metrics to senior management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in operations management within the cleaning, facilities management, or a related service industry.
