Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in operations management in the commercial cleaning industry.
• Proven track record managing large teams and diverse cleaning operations.
• Strong understanding of cleaning technologies, equipment, and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills.
• Experience with budget management and operational efficiency improvements.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Facilities Management preferred.
