You will develop policies, monitor performance, and ensure regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction while balancing office presence with remote flexibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in claims management with proven leadership.
• In-depth knowledge of insurance claims processes, regulations, and market practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage a team effectively in a hybrid work environment.
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., ACII, FLMI) are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the claims department, including hiring, training, and performance management of staff.
• Develop and implement claims handling best practices, policies, and procedures.
• Oversee the entire claims lifecycle, from first notice of loss to final settlement.
• Ensure claims are handled in compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
• Monitor claims costs, identify trends, and implement strategies for cost containment and fraud prevention.
• Liaise with senior management, legal counsel, and external partners on complex claims matters.
