The role requires a minimum of 2 years in collections and customer service, strong communication skills, and proficiency with collection software and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in collections and customer service.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient with collection software and Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in English; additional languages advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and ensure timely collection of payments.
• Contact customers via phone, email, and mail to follow up on overdue payments.
• Negotiate payment plans and arrangements with customers to resolve outstanding balances.
• Update customer information and payment records accurately in the database.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and provide solutions.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and build strong relationships with clients.
• Meet individual and team targets for collections and customer service metrics.
• Keep up-to-date with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and best practices.
• Continuously identify areas for improvement and suggest ways to enhance the collections and customer service processes.
