Job summary

Concentrix in Cape Town is hiring a UK Collections Advisor to support customers in arrears on an internationally focused campaign. You will provide first-class, empathetic, compliant service and help customers with tailored payment solutions.

The role requires at least Grade 12, 6+ months in collections or 12+ months in financial services, and a clear criminal/credit record. You’ll work on-site at the Cape Town office with a collaborative team and ample growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum Grade 12 / Matric.
• 6+ months Collections and 6+ months Financial Services experience OR 12+ months Financial Services experience.
• Clear criminal & credit record.
• Ability to provide references within the last 3 years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fair and compliant outcomes, in an empathetic manner, whilst offering solutions that fit.
• Work with income and expenditure data to offer affordable payment plans for the customer.
• Own individual objectives to support the wider success of the business.
• Contribute to discussions and brainstorming activities in an agile way to improve the customer’s journeys.
• Manage customer accounts in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, updating relevant data using digital platforms with precision.
• Take ownership and communicate confidently, exercise excellent listening and writing skills.
• Keep up to date with industry activity and regulatory changes, utilizing BNPs resources.
