Job summary

Qualifications

• Collect delinquent/outstanding amounts from customers via phone on outbound/inbound calls.
• Demonstrate negotiation and persuasion skills to connect with customers.
• Follow local laws governing credit and collection activities and maintain compliance with client standards.
