Servest is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our Coastal team. This sales-focused role requires a proven track record in selling hard services within the built environment and developing new business opportunities in Durban or Cape Town.

You will report to the Sales Director in the Facilities Management Unit and be based in either Durban or Cape Town. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in selling hard services within built environment.
• Strong network in coastal markets ( Durban / Cape Town ).
• Ability to identify new business opportunities and close deals.

Responsibilities
