Placements24 is seeking experienced Adventure Sports Guides to lead surf, kayak and hiking excursions in Mossel Bay, Western Cape. You will ensure safety, give clear briefings and demonstrate techniques while engaging clients in outdoor experiences.

Formación

• Proven experience guiding adventure activities with demonstrated safety focus.
• valid certifications for offered activities (surf, kayak, hiking) required or preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Mossel Bay local environment and safety considerations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead clients through surfing, kayaking and hiking activities with safety briefing.
• Provide clear instructions and demonstrate proper techniques.
• Maintain and care for equipment and storage.
• Educate clients about environment, wildlife and local points of interest.
• Respond calmly to incidents or emergencies and assist with setup/breakdown.
• Gather feedback to improve service delivery and experiences.
