Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as certified Surf Instructor.
• Advanced surfing proficiency with ocean safety knowledge.
• Current First Aid and CPR certifications; surf rescue qualifications preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Passion for teaching and sharing the joy of surfing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging surf lesson curriculum for beginner, intermediate, and advanced students.
• Conduct surf lessons, ensuring the safety and progress of all participants.
• Schedule and manage a team of surf instructors, providing training and performance feedback.
• Maintain surf school equipment, including surfboards and safety gear, ensuring they are in good working order.
• Promote the surf school and its programs to local communities and tourists.
• Ensure all safety regulations and beach procedures are followed by staff and students.
