Qualifications

• Proven experience operating CNC machines (mills and lathes).
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers).
• Understanding of CNC programming and machine setup procedures.
• Knowledge of machining processes and materials.
• Attention to detail and quality focus.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC milling and turning machines per production needs.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and CNC programs.
• Perform quality checks using precision instruments.
• Maintain and clean machines; conduct routine checks.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and report major problems to maintenance.
• Monitor performance to meet cycle times and efficiency targets.
• Follow health and safety regulations and company procedures.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Collaborate with supervisors and teammates to hit production goals.
• Assist in loading/unloading raw materials and finished parts.
