Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CNC Machine Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in operating CNC machines (e.g., Fanuc, Siemens controllers).
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Good understanding of G-code and M-code programming is a plus.
• Experience with quality inspection tools and techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Awareness of workplace safety regulations.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor CNC machines to perform tasks such as milling, turning, and grinding.
• Set up CNC machines, including loading programs, selecting tools, and making necessary adjustments.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Perform quality checks on finished parts to ensure they meet required tolerances and standards.
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and perform basic maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with supervisors and engineering staff to resolve production or quality issues.
• Track production output and report any deviations or concerns.
• Optimize machine settings for efficiency and precision.

• Operate other manufacturing equipment as needed.
