Placements24 is seeking a highly skilled Remote Behavioral Health Specialist to extend mental health services from a home office. You will conduct virtual assessments, deliver therapy, and create personalized treatment plans for clients facing a range of behavioral health challenges.

This fully remote role requires strong clinical judgment and excellent communication to build trust and support clients effectively.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in psychology or related field.
• Licensed or eligible licensure in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 3 years post-licensure clinical experience in behavioral health.
• Experience delivering therapy via telehealth platforms.
• Strong knowledge of CBT, DBT, and psychodynamic approaches.
• Excellent diagnostic and clinical assessment skills.
• Exceptional active listening, empathy and communication abilities.
• Proficient with telehealth tech and EHR systems.
• Private, secure home office with reliable internet.
• Ability to manage a remote caseload independently.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments of clients' mental health and behavioral needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based approaches.
• Provide ongoing counseling and psychotherapy via secure video conferencing.
• Offer crisis intervention and support to clients in acute distress.
• Monitor client progress, adjust treatment plans, and document sessions.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community resources.
• Educate clients and families on mental health conditions and coping strategies.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines.
• Stay current with telehealth best practices and clinical supervision.
