Technical Competencies & Experience:

Act as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of clients to build, maintain, and manage healthy long-term relationships. Translate complex technical and compliance concepts (such as ISO 27001 info-security standards) into clear, actionable, and user-friendly communication. Proactively identify and resolve client issues and technical roadblocks before they **escalate**, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Drive account portfolio growth by proactively identifying and executing upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Partner with internal commercial and technical teams to coordinate projects, expand client relationships, and deliver maximum service value. Align and manage diverse stakeholders across both enterprise clients and regulated industries throughout every stage of the engagement.
