Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing bachelor’s or master’s degree with graduation date in December 2026.
• 3-month internship from June 2026 to August 2026.
• Available to join a full-time role by January 2027.
• Exposure to the financial services/payments industry preferred.
• Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.
• Superior analytical and financial analysis skills.
• Strong collaboration skills with a diverse peer group required.
• Able to articulate viewpoint to key stakeholders and gain alignment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to routine operational service and support inquiries from Visa client institutions.
• Provide information and direction for customers regarding VisaNet Core.
• Handle applications services, general transaction research, billing, user IDs and similar queries.
• Perform transaction and process research to analyze problems or issues.
• Complete data entry for assigned client institutions.
• Log service requests and resolutions for tracking and knowledge base systems.
• Collaborate with CS, CMS team and other organizations to resolve issues.
• Be accountable for delivering against commitments to clients.
• Organize tasks and activities efficiently.
• Develop process improvement procedures to boost efficiency.
• Analyze customer data to identify trends.
• Join Client QBR meetings for insights.
