Job summary

Qualifications

• Works at a basic level to interpret and apply laws, regulations and policies in area of expertise.
• Core insurance principles and practices understood with supervision.
• Manages insurance data for analysis and compliance with standards.
• Uses document management tools to organize and store documents.
• Maintains accuracy and security of transactions under supervision.
• Understands and applies digital tools with guidance.
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans; MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Process all broker quote requests and tender information.
• Support the tender process from information gathering to NBA loading and queries.
• Enter new/updated customer and policy data; liaise on premium collections.
• Explain product status, features, and benefits to customers.
• Monitor tenders, provide monthly quote summaries to brokers, and update stakeholders.
• Maintain professional client communications and high service levels.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and internal back-office staff.
