Job summary

Sanlam Life and Savings in Johannesburg is seeking a Client Services Consultant to administer amendments to existing investment products and client information, ensuring all transactions are processed accurately and on time in line with Glacier governance.

You will contribute to an exceptional client experience through effective query resolution, risk management and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma with 2 to 4 years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and handle inquiries.
• Provide advanced product/service information.
• Resolve customer issues and provide records for disputes.
• Enter and maintain CRM data after each contact with a customer.
• Make calls to allocated existing customers to maintain relationships and be a first point of contact for queries.
