Job summary

SHR is seeking a results-driven sales professional in Pietermaritzburg to build and maintain strong client relationships and drive revenue. You will conduct regular business reviews to ensure client satisfaction and alert the sales team to opportunities for further sales within key accounts.

Applicants should have Grade 12 and proven experience in sales or customer care. IT/Office automation or technology sales experience is advantageous, with the ability to prepare quotations and meet sales

Qualifications

• Grade 12 education required.
• Previous sales or customer care experience essential.
• Experience in IT/Office Automation or technology sales advantageous.
• Experience preparing quotations.
• Proven ability to work towards sales targets.
• Understanding of Managed IT services, Cloud/Microsoft 365, Cybersecurity basics, servers and networking.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Own transport is non-negotiable.
• Contactable references.
