Job summary

Shopfitting and Installation Company – Unique Custom Made Products, based in Johannesburg, seeks a Customer Relations Manager to build and maintain relationships with clients while ensuring exceptional service delivery throughout the project lifecycle.

You will coordinate with sales, production and installation teams, address client inquiries, follow up on quotations and progress, and drive repeat business through proactive, organized account management.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer relations, client services or account management is beneficial.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client requests and prioritise tasks.
• Professional and customer-focused approach with strong organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new, existing and returning clients.
• Serve as the primary contact for client enquiries and service-related matters.
• Ensure professional, friendly and efficient service at every stage of the process.
• Follow up on quotations, orders and project progress with clients.
• Coordinate with sales, production and installation teams to meet expectations.
• Proactively address client concerns and manage complaints professionally.
• Maintain regular contact to encourage repeat business and long-term relationships.
• Record all client information and follow-ups accurately.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and internal communication.
• Assist in coordinating client requirements to ensure smooth project execution.
