Placements24 is seeking a Client Onboarding Specialist in Stellenbosch, Western Cape, for a premier financial services provider. You will guide new clients through onboarding, manage documentation, and coordinate with sales, legal, compliance and operations to ensure a smooth integration.

In this role, you will educate clients on platform features, troubleshoot onboarding issues, and maintain accurate CRM records while ensuring regulatory compliance and exceptional client experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in client onboarding and documentation management.
• Familiarity with KYC procedures or willingness to learn.
• Ability to coordinate with sales, legal, compliance and operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding for new clients with accurate documentation.
• Conduct client verification and KYC per regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with sales, legal, compliance and operations for a cohesive onboarding experience.
• Educate clients on platform features, services and best practices during onboarding.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during the client setup process.
• Maintain accurate client records in the CRM and onboarding systems.
• Develop and refine onboarding workflows and documentation to improve efficiency.
• Act as primary contact for new clients during initial engagement period.
• Proactively communicate updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
