• Build client trust by applying expertise to help clients grow financially.
• Own the client request end to end and escalate when needed.
• Cross-sell and deliver value through product features and benefits.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide complete financial solutions.
• Ensure clients are onboarded according to Nedbank policies.
