Qualifications

• NQF Level 5 certificate in Banking, Business Administration or Customer Service (FAIS).
• 1–3 years of customer-facing experience in financial services or service delivery.
• Strong ethics and compliance awareness in FAIS and TCF requirements.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage long-term client relationships to support retention and growth.
• Provide compliant, professional financial advice in a high-volume branch environment.
