Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in engagement management, program or project management.
• Experience in agency, SaaS, technology or consulting preferred.
• Experience working with mid-market businesses a plus.
• Exceptional spoken and written English with U.S. executives.

Responsibilities

• Own client relationships and be the primary contact for a portfolio.
• Manage client roadmaps, timelines, and delivery milestones end-to-end.
• Coordinate with engineering to resolve technical issues and unblock delivery.
• Translate client needs into actionable problem statements.
• Frame updates around ROI, time savings and risk reduction.
• Identify opportunities to expand engagement and add value.
• Navigate ambiguity and turn problems into practical solutions.
