AI Acquisition is a fast-moving, remote-first AI services company helping founders scale with a mix of sales, delivery, and SaaS platforms. You will own a portfolio of clients, diagnose blockers, and drive commercial results through strong conversations about marketing, funnels, and offer delivery.

You will work directly with clients on Zoom and Slack, running growth workshops and check-ins, while navigating contract details and payment flows to keep engagements healthy and profitable.

Formación

• 4+ years in a client-facing account management, CSM, or business consulting role accountable for client outcomes.
• Consulted business owners on how to start, grow, or scale a business, guiding them through hard parts.
• Understand mechanics of B2B lead generation and connect it to client revenue; diagnose why campaigns don’t convert.
• Comfortable discussing money matters with clients; read contracts and explain payment flows clearly.
• Experience in startup, agency, or fast-moving environment with rapid change.

Responsabilidades

• Own a portfolio of active clients across onboarding, growth, scale, and at-risk stages.
• Run growth workshops, intro calls, and regular check-ins; set the rhythm for the client.
• Manage client expectations; frame realism and avoid overpromising.
• Diagnose why a client isn’t getting results across offer, funnel, sales process, or execution.
• Read contracts, understand payment flows, and give accurate answers under pressure.
• Spot signals of client risk early and escalate with a structured plan.
• De-escalate frustrated clients without blame; protect the company’s reputation.
• Audit new books of business, provide status updates within the first week of ownership.
• Collaborate with CS, delivery, and onboarding to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
