• Ensure customer details in the CRM are accurate and note follow-up actions.
• Interview customers to clarify requirements using a multilevel sales script.
• Make calls or visits to potential customers to develop relationships and act as first contact for queries.
• Follow mandatory procedures to meet quality standards and regulatory/internal codes of conduct.
• Provide routine business development support and assist with established procedures.
• Identify potential customers by gathering information from existing customers and referrals.
• Select data from information provided and input into spreadsheets or standard formats.
• Demonstrate networking value by engaging with a network of people, technologies, and ideas.
