Job summary

Qualifications

• NQF Level 5 or higher or equivalent required.
• Experience in consultative selling and customer service.
• Ability to identify sales opportunities and manage data.

Responsibilities

• Carry out standard customer service activities and handle simple customer inquiries.
• Receive visitors and assist with information requests; refer complex matters to colleagues.
• Ensure CRM data is accurate and notes follow-up actions from sales calls.
• Interview customers following a multilevel sales script to clarify requirements.
• Make calls (telephone or in person) to allocated potential customers to develop relationships.
• Follow mandatory procedures to ensure quality standards and regulatory compliance.
• Carry out routine business development support tasks following established procedures.
• Identify potential customers by gathering information, referrals, and recommendations.
