• Receiving Visitors: Receive visitors and assist with various requests for information, referring more complex matters to colleagues.
• CRM Data: Ensure basic customer details are accurate, and log follow-up actions and notes from each sales call.
• Customer Needs Clarification: Interview the customer to clarify requirements following a multi-level sales script.
• Customer Relationship Development/Prospecting: Make calls to allocated potential customers to develop relationships and be first contact for queries and complaints.
• Operational Compliance: Follow procedures to meet quality standards and regulatory codes.
• Business Development: Carry out routine business development support tasks per procedures.
• Sales Opportunities Creation: Identify potential customers from referrals and recommendations.
• Data Exploration: Select data from information provided and input into standard formats.
