Formación

• NQF Level 5 qualifications or equivalent are required.
• Experience in customer service and sales support is advantageous.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out standard customer service activities and handle simple customer inquiries.
• Receive visitors and assist with information requests; refer complex matters to colleagues.
• Interview the customer to clarify requirements using a multilevel sales script.
• Identify potential customers by obtaining information, referrals and recommendations from existing customers to develop relationships.
• Ensure that basic customer details in the CRM are accurate and notes of follow-ups are recorded.
• Follow a range of mandatory procedures to ensure work meets quality and regulatory standards.
