Qualifications

• Matric.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette.
• The ability to multi-task and stay organized.
• Familiar with CRM systems and practices.
• Familiar with G Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Google docs, Google sheets, etc.).
• Comfortable with outbound call volume targets.
• Experience in the property industry beneficial.
• Able to work shifts, including evenings, in line with the call centre's shift structure.
• Valid drivers license and own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and enquiries from prospective rental clients.
• Contact rental property enquiries received through the CRM.
• Respond to SalesIQ chat enquiries and assist clients with their rental needs.
• Qualify client requirements and schedule property viewings.
• Send viewing confirmations, SMS/email communications and application forms.
• Prepare daily viewing registers for Rental Agents.
• Follow up with agents to confirm client attendance at viewings.
• Contact clients who miss viewings to establish the reason and reschedule where appropriate.
• Maintain accurate and detailed client records and notes on the CRM.
• Provide outbound calling support when required.
• Assist with ad-hoc duties as needed.
