Ideal candidates will have a Civil Engineering degree, 4+ years of site supervision experience, and a strong understanding of HSE requirements. The position is full-time and on-site in the Randburg area, Gauteng.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Professional registration with ECSA is advantageous.
• Minimum 4 years' civil engineering site supervision/management experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage on-site civil construction activities.
• Ensure work aligns with drawings, specs and plans.
• Enforce HSE policies on site.
• Coordinate subcontractors and direct labour for efficient use of resources.
• Conduct regular site inspections for progress, quality and safety.
