Qualifications

• Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise civil engineering activities on site, including earthworks, concrete pours, structural steel erection, and road construction.
• Ensure construction activities are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Implement and enforce site safety procedures, conducting regular safety inspections and toolbox talks.
• Monitor progress of works against the project schedule, identifying potential delays and proposing mitigation measures.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and the project management team to ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain accurate site records and documentation.
