Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Early Childhood Development, Education, or related field (NQF 6+).
• Minimum 5 years in childcare with at least 3 years in supervision/management.
• In-depth knowledge of early childhood development theories and pedagogical practices.
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
• Current First Aid certification and clear criminal record.
