Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Childcare Center Supervisor for a nurturing center in Mahikeng, North West. You will lead daily operations, ensuring a safe, stimulating environment for children, staff, and parents.

You will manage and develop a team of childcare professionals, implement programs and policies, and ensure health, safety, and licensing compliance. Strong leadership and knowledge of early childhood development are essential.

Qualifications

• A relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education, Childcare Management, or related field.
• Proven supervisory or management experience in a childcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of child development and early learning principles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage staff and foster a positive team culture.
• Proficiency in administrative tasks and record-keeping.
• Knowledge of childcare legislation and standards.
• Residence in Mahikeng or reliable access.

Responsibilities
