Placements24 is seeking an experienced Childcare Centre Supervisor in Polokwane to oversee daily operations, lead the educational team, and ensure high-quality childcare in a safe, stimulating environment.

You will mentor staff, implement curricula, communicate with parents, and uphold the center's educational philosophy and standards while managing scheduling, resources and reporting to support smooth center operations.

Formación

• Relevant qualification in Early Childhood Development or Management.
• Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a childcare setting.
• Strong understanding of childcare regulations, curriculum development, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage staff and operations effectively.
• Passion for early childhood education and commitment to child welfare.
