The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in ECE or related field, 5+ years in childcare with 2+ in a supervisory role, and is certified in First Aid/CPR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in childcare with at least 2 years in supervision/management.
• First Aid and CPR certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the childcare center and ensure smooth functioning.
• Lead, mentor, and support a team of educators and staff.
• Ensure compliance with licensing regulations and safety standards.
