The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in childcare, with supervisory experience, a qualification in Early Childhood Development or Education, and strong leadership, communication, and regulatory

• Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Development or Education.
• 3–5 years in childcare, with 1–2 years in supervision.
• Strong knowledge of child development principles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and licensing regulations.
• Willing to relocate to Mahikeng, North West, ZA.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations of the childcare center.
• Lead and mentor a team of childcare practitioners.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and licensing.
