Placements24 seeks a visionary Head of Programs and Impact to lead strategic program design, implementation, and evaluation in Sandton. You will shape outcomes across initiatives, mentor managers, and drive innovation in line with the nonprofit’s mission.

You will oversee robust impact measurement, build partnerships, and ensure ethical, efficient delivery of programs while reporting to boards and funders. Hybrid work enables collaboration across Gauteng.

Competenze

• Master's degree in International Development, Public Policy, Social Sciences, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive non-profit program management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven expertise in program design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation (M&E).
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing impact measurement frameworks.
• Strong leadership, team management, and staff development skills.
• Excellent strategic planning, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Deep understanding of the socio-economic context of Gauteng, particularly Sandton.
• Experience in budget management and financial oversight for large programs.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model.
