Job summary

Mr Price Group seeks a Head of People Change and Communication to drive change management, strategic initiatives, and communications across the group. You will lead governance forums and ensure coherent, people-centered delivery of major transformation programs.

Responsibilities include building enterprise-wide change capabilities, developing communication strategies, and partnering with executives to align priorities and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organisational Psychology, Business, Communications, Change Management, or a related field.
• Postgraduate qualification will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an enterprise-wide view of People and business change initiatives, ensuring alignment and prioritisation.
• Lead the design and implementation of change management frameworks, tools, and strategies for successful adoption.
• Build change capability across HR teams and leaders, overseeing major transformation programmes.
• Develop and oversee the People communication strategy and stakeholder engagement.
• Partner with Internal Communications to deliver approaches that support engagement and behavioural change.
• Lead the People Change & Communications team, driving accountability and delivery excellence.
• Coordinate governance forums like People Exco, People Board, and Executive sessions.
• Develop strategic board and executive materials with clear insights and business alignment.
• Manage the Group People calendar and oversee key People events.
